WrestlingNewsWorld.com reader Mark Bishop passed along the following off-air report from last night’s WWE Raw in Greenville, South Carolina:
I was hoping a few signs showed up from me and my friend. I had a “Undertaker makes baby Jesus cry” sign (and believe it or not, I am a young adult pastor), and my friend had quite a few… “Bring Back Glacier & Alex Wright” and “Santino Fan”. He actually got Santino’s attention and he began to laugh during the match of Holly and Carlito, which was his highlight. I read someone already shared the dark match with Ron Killings, so I won’t share that. This was my first experience at a live WWE event, period. I use to attend WCW when I could and attended TNA’s pay per view in February when it was here, but I must say WWE killed both live.
Khali’s entrance was SOOOOOO long, that was annoying. And I am not a Khali fan, so that was a bore to me. The candidates was boring, though the crowd seemed to enjoy it. Michelle McCool, in my opinion, is the best looking diva in person. Jillian seemed real nice toward the fans. I was disappointed for the Kennedy “tease”, I was hoping he would show. My friend also had a sign that said “Vote for Umaga 2008” and didn’t know about him coming out during the candidates rumble, so it was cool to see him “call” it.
Undertaker, Triple H, and Kane all look scary live.. I would hate to run into them on the streets.
After the match was over and all the wrestlers were going to the back, Triple H and Cena remained in the ring. Triple H faked a handshake and gave Cena the DX chop to end the show.
