The 2008 WWE Hall of Fame inductions scheduled to be included on this yearâs tape delay broadcast on the USA Network will include those of Ric Flair, Rocky Johnson, Peter Maivia, and Mae Young. The special will air at 11 PM/10 PM Central on Saturday night on the USA Network. As noted earlier, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson will induct both his father and grandfather and Triple H will induct Ric Flair.
It was originally thought that Candice Michelle only separated scare tissue from her broken clavicle; however, after undergoing further medical evaluation it was determined that she had re-broke it and needed surgery to fix it. Candice was said to be extremely upset and disappointed about not being able to work WrestleMania this Sunday.
Torrie Wilson will be in Orlando, Florida for WrestleMania weekend this weekend in Orlando, Florida. She confirmed that she would be making the trip in a recent blog on her MySpace page. Torrie is scheduled for an autograph signing with Mickie James at Best Buy on East Colonial Drive in Orlando on Friday from 6-8 PM.
Jerry Lawler and Vickie Guerrero will have work featured at WrestleManiArt, an event showcasing original artwork created by current WWE Superstars. Lawler actually began doing drawings of area professional wrestlers in the late 1960s before he got involved in the business. WrestleManiArt will take place tomorrow in Downtown Orlando’s City Arts Factory. The event will “kick off” WrestleMania week.
