Austin said, â<80><9c>Heâ<80><99>s my favorite pro wrestler ever in the history of this business. I know he took a little bit of a break and they brought him back. But I donâ<80><99>t think they green-lighted that thing near enough or made it as important as it could be and as it should be.â<80> Austin also shed more light on the news that he rejected an offer to wrestle at WrestleMania XXIV next month: â<80><9c>I got a pitch thrown at me that I wasnâ<80><99>t real keen on and turned it down. Iâ<80><99>d like to think that Iâ<80><99>ll be at WrestleMania. Obviously, Iâ<80><99>m not going there to wrestle, but I would like to go to the Hall of Fame to see the new guys coming in. I think theyâ<80><99>ve got a full card. Itâ<80><99>s not my desire to get back in the ring at this point in my life. Iâ<80><99>ve got great memories of everything I did. I had a great career, but itâ<80><99>s time for those guys and girls to have the spotlight.â<80>
