All Japan Pro Wrestling held a press conference earlier today to announce a cross-promotional event with Nana Natsume and the Playboy Japan Channel on 2/12 from the Shinjuku FACE. Playboy Japan president Masahira Hozumi and Keji Muto announced their collaboration will result in a six man tag team tournament.

Diva search winner Eve Torres received her wrestling license today in the state of Kentucky and is supposed to be training in Ohio Valley Wrestling in Louisville, possibly next week.
Spike TV recently announced they will begin airing select shows in High Definition starting January 1st. While there has been no formal announcement that TNA iMPACT! will air in HD in January, the company has been testing out the technology and should be switching over in the first half of 2008. WWE is in the same boat with their HD strategy.
Many have seen the video going around of former WWE jobber Damian Demento ranting about how WWE was wrong to use his image to promote the RAW XV anniversary special. After the first clip got so much attention, Demento is back – and he’s still mad. This time, he complains about people calling him jobber (oops). New WWE superstar Kofi Kingston is currently listed as the #4 top searched item on the Yahoo! search engine. Kingston, who has only appeared in “coming soon” video packages so far, is being billed as WWE’s first Jamaican superstar.
