In an update on the story of crash passenger John Graziano, who’s parents are fighting over his gaurdianship, it seems the fight is over Graziano’s father objecting to his wife receiving some kind of financial aid from the Hogans. Although he is somewhat estranged from the family, he feels justice is not being done by his son.
A Pinellas County circuit judge on Wednesday gave the mother of John Graziano temporary guardianship of her young Marine son, her attorney stating “If I had a situation where I was in critical condition like that, I would want my mother to make the decisions rather than some person coming from the outside who doesn’t know me and doesn’t love me.”
The Hogans, who strangely still remain close to the mother no showed the hearing although asked to attend.
As reported John Graziano will likely spend the rest of his life in a nursing home due to his mental injuries.
