Reports from those backstage were that when Vince McMahon got back after the Rosie/Trump segment, he was red hot due to the chants from the crowd. More so for the “TNA” chants than the “We Want Wrestling” chants.
Furthermore, the segment was largely written by Brian Gerwitz, who knows things that will get over with the boss, even if they don’t with the crowd. Even after everything that went down, Vince McMahon still loved the segment and to “expect more.”
Several readers are saying that the chants (‘TNA’, ‘boring’, and ‘We Want Wrestling’) were edited out of the UK broadcast of RAW.
