Jeff Katz, a producer who got his start with WCW and did projects such as Freddy vs Jason and Wolverine, announced via Twitter that funding has been secured for a new wrestling project that is set to start production this fall.
Jeff wrote: "I looked on Sunday on the wrestling revolution twitter account and they announced an announcement for Monday, I just checked the account and they announcement is ‘The #wrestlingrevolution project is 100% funded and officially in pre-production. Planning for a late autumn shoot. More news to come".
Katz also said that the announcement was only 50% of the surprise and that "another announcement is forthcoming".
