Fit Finlay Brings His Kind of Pain to Crossfire Entertainment

Wrestling fans have seen the kind of destruction that can happen inside a wrestling ring.

Blood, guts and gore have always been a thing of the history making in each match that graces the squared circle inside the hallowed halls of the Tennessee State Fairgrounds Sports Arena. But one thing that the fans of that legendary arena have yet to see is the kind of pain that Fit Finlay is going to bring when he enters on Saturday, November 5, 2011.

With A New Beginning being the mantra for Crossfire Entertainment’s November show, Finlay will definitely be one of the ones to bring in the new era for the company. Having been one of the toughest wrestlers in the world, the Northern Ireland native has held titles in World Championship Wrestling and World Wrestling Entertainment; however, he is known more for his hard hitting and non-forgiving in-ring style.

Finlay would work his way through Britain, picking up championships, before heading to Japan, Germany, and Austria. He would be picked up by World Championship wrestling in 1995 as the Belfast Bruiser, a moniker that he had previously used, however, after a feud with Steven Regal, he would return after a brief hiatus as Fit Finlay, which he would retain through the rest of his career in both WCW and WWE.

He would gain the WCW World Television Championship after his return by defeating Booker T, but would lose it back to Booker. He would stay with WCW until 2001 until he would be picked up by WWE as a trainer. He would train some of the top talent for WWE including Trish Stratus and CM Punk!

Having returned to the ring full time, he would regain his status as a no nonsense brawler and would remain that way until the day of his release.

Now, the fans of Nashville will be seeing Fit Finlay on Saturday, November 5, 2011, at the Tennessee State Fairgrounds Sports Arena for Crossfire Entertainment facing off against former WWE/ECW superstar Al Snow!
