Josh Mathews is talking to Zack Ryder about tonight's main event and he says he isn't worried about facing Miz or Truth because they can't fist pump like him. Zack also says he is friends with John Cena and they party together, and says he is pumped to be in the main event, and get attacked from behind by Miz and Truth. They punch him and throw him into the set, and Miz kicks his head through it and they head to the ring after referees run in and break them apart. Miz and Truth say they aren't done and they just showed Zack Ryder why they shouldn't be messed with, and nothing will save John Cena until he gets got.
Awesome Truth vs John Cena
Cena punches Miz in the corner until the ref calls for a break, and Cena hits a fisherman's suplex but Truth makes the tag in. He drops an elbow and tags right back to Miz, who gets hiptossed then hits a DDT after a run in by Truth. They double team Cena in the corner and continue to keep him down until he hits a sit out slam on Truth. Miz tags in and gets hit with a flying shoulder tackle, then Cena follows it with a side slam and the Five Knuckle Shuffle. He goes for an AA and lifts Miz up, but Truth runs in and hits him in the face with a water bottle.
Winner (by disqualification) – John Cena
The referee calls for a disqualification but they aren't finished as Miz hits the Skull Crushing Finale then Truth follows it with the What's Up. They continue to hit him then go and get chairs and get back in the ring, but John Laurinaitis comes out and stops them before they can continue. He tells them both that he won't be disrespected again and tells them to get out, but changes his mind and tells them to wait a moment. He tells Cena that tonight didn't work so he is going to let him pick his own partner for Survivor Series, and Cena looks happy that he can choose anyone he wants. Cena says he is sick of Awesome Truth and he needs someone who is going to 'bring it,' so he is sending an invite out and inviting the Rock to be his partner.
