Gunner stops him momentarily but RVD catches him with a kick to the head then hits Rolling Thunder but Gunner rolls out to the floor. RVD hits a baseball slide and tries to springboard off the ropes, but Gunner pulls his legs and RVD hits his head on the apron and lands awkwardly on the floor. The ref calls for the bell but Gunner pulls the padding away from the floor and sets up a piledriver, but RVD reverses it and backdrops him on the floor. RVD gets back up and goes to the top turnbuckle to attempt a spinning legdrop, but Gunner moves out of the way and RVD crashes into the guardrail. Gunner lifts him up and attempts to piledrive him again, but backstage agents run out to stop him and get him to stop the attack and go backstage.

Kid Kash & Austin Aries vs Jesse Sorenson & Zema Ion
Zema argues with Jesse about starting the match so Kash hits Jesse from behind and whips him off the ropes, but Jesse ducks and hits a high knee lift. He follows with a dropkick but Zema slaps him on the back to tag in, and Kash throws him in the corner and chops him then tags Aries, and they both sweep his legs and Aries kicks him in the back. Aries puts him in a side headlock and Zema tries to punch out but Aries pulls his hair so Zema hits an atomic drop. Zema gets up and tells Jesse how great he is, but he turns around and gets thrown out of the ring by Aries then he and Kash both hit suicide dives on the floor. Aries brings Zema back in and hits a swinging elbow drop, then Zema crawls to the corner and tags in Jesse, who hits a high knee and a dropkick and attempts to hit a rolling cutter.
Kash jumps in and cuts him off, then Kash punches him in the corner then pulls him over and hits a standing release suplex for two. Jesse ducks and gets Aries and Kash to collide, and Zema blindtags Jesse again and hits a swinging DDT then leapfrogs Aries and connects with a corkscrew crossbody. Jesse tags himself in and drops Kash with a neckbreaker and clotheslines him out of the ring, then hits a slingshot crossbody on the floor then gets back in counters a Brainbuster attempt with a bodyslam. He tries to go up top but Zema tags him again and misses a 450 splash, and Jesse blindtags him on the way down and Aries sets up for a Brainbuster on Zema. Jesse jumps in from behind and drops Aries with a rolling cutter and makes the cover as Zema yells at him from the apron and screams that Jesse stole the win from him.
