Cameron Stracher, an attorney for Gawker.com, the website which posted the edited version of Hulk Hogan's sex tape, feels the case against the site will be thrown out as Hogan has no base for litigation. Stracher had the following to say to Reuters:
"He's [Hogan] having sex with another man's wife in another man's home. I'm not sure it's reasonable to say he has an expectation of privacy under the circumstances."
