Winner – Kofi Kingston

John Cena comes out and says Hell In A Cell is not a normal pay-per-view, because they will finally see CM Punk become a man who tells the truth. He says Punk has been champion for a long time, but the most truthful thing Punk ever said was spoken before he ever became champion. Cena says Punk talked about change, and this Sunday they will see change when Ryback beats him, because Ryback stands for nothing but destruction. Cena says the face of WWE will change, then CM Punk comes out with Paul Heyman and says Cena is typical because he wants to endear himself to the fans. Punk says his title reign is ongoing, but it also means Cena hasn't been champion for that long and that is change you can count on.

Punk says Cena can promise all the change he wants, but it doesn't mean anything unlike his promise of walking out of Hell In A Cell with his championship. Punk says it's funny watching Cena be a cheerleader for Ryback, and he thinks Cena finally realized that he just can't beat him. Cena says he was just excited about Sunday, and he says he wasn't allowed to beat him but his elbow is all healed up and his doctor cleared him to fight. Cena says he won't get in the way of Sunday's title match, but he still wants to fight Punk and says he should come to the ring and get a warm up ass whuppin'. Punk heads to the ring while Heyman screams at him to stop, then he gets on the apron but stops short and heads backstage.
