Raw Goes "Old School"
A modified classic version of the WWE logo is shown, and a retro entrance welcomes us to the "Old School" edition of Monday Night Raw! A gong sounds around the arena and the lights turn off as the crowd goes crazy. The Undertaker's music hits, and out comes the Deadman to kick off tonight's show! He slowly makes his way past the curtain and to the entrance ramp, as a the WrestleMania 29 logo lights up behind him.
A Raw video package airs and the old Raw siren sounds around the arena as Michael Cole and Jerry "the King" Lawler – in vintage attire – welcome us to the broadcast. CM Punk makes his way down and talks about how the WWE Universe screwed him out of being the WWE Champion. He says that if he can't compete for the title at WrestleMania, he didn't see a point in showing up at all. However, with the return of the Undertaker, he has been given a new purpose. He talks about his title reign being mocked, and people rolling their eyes at him, while 'Taker gets all the respect. CM Punk says the Undertaker will go 20-1 at WrestleMania.
Randy Orton interrupts Punk's rant, and makes his way to the ring. He talks about losing to the Deadman at WrestleMania when he was a young up-and-comer. But in the last few years he's become the dominant preditor in the WWE, and should be the one to end the iconic Streak.
The Big Show is out next, and claims the Viper can't get it done at WrestleMania, and that it takes a giant to end the Undertaker's reign. Sheamus is fourth, and makes his claim at the streak as well. Vickie Guerrero stops all of them, to tremendous heat from the WWE Universe. She books a fatal-4-way match for tonight's main event, with the winner going on to WrestleMania to face the Undertaker, and cement their place in wrestling history.
