More Details For Possible WWE Announcement Later Today

WWEThe Orlando Sentinel is reporting WWE's "big announcement" set for later today is that they will be building a new training facility for WWE developmental talent in Orange County, Florida. The project is expected to create 100 new jobs for the area, and while WWE has yet to comment, a statement was released by the office of Florida governor Rick Scott:

"WWE could have chosen anywhere in the world to house this new global performance center – and they chose the Sunshine State. The announcement that WWE will create nearly 100 more jobs for families in Central Florida is further proof that everything we do is geared towards job creation.''

The Sentinel also notes a source outside of WWE also said the project would create more than 100 new jobs, and the project has been referred to as "Project Flair", in reference to WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair.

WWE has scheduled a news conference for 11:30 am later today to reveal the announcement. It will take place at the Forsyth Central Commerce Park between East Colonial Drive and State Road 408 in Orange County. Mayor Teresa Jacobs, in addition to Full Sail University (where WWE currently tapes NXT) President Garry Jones and WWE Executive Vice President Paul Levesque, aka Triple H, are expected to attend.
