The Rock Talks Grueling "Hercules" Schedule, Posts Photo

Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson has posted the following "Hercules" update:

"You know when you go to the zoo and that one Silverback just stares coldly at you wanting to rip you apart cause he's just tired of being in captivity… This is my 5th month of a strict 7 meal a day diet, daily 345am wake ups to work out 2x's before coming to set. Shoot intense scenes for 12hrs, but before that Im in my hair & make up trailer for 4hrs getting prodded, pulled, pushed, glued, painted with tattoo cover, applying animal teeth punctures, scars, claw slashes, dirt & blood by a multitude of handlers. The longest & most challenging movie I've ever filmed. Worth every minute of the grind, cause we're making something epic. #HERCULESMovie #SilverbackNeedsADonut #StopProddingMyPec"

Update on Wade Barrett's Whereabouts

For those wondering, WWE star Wade Barrett has been overseas as he's a huge Preston North End fan, and he was the guest of honor at PNE's match at Banks Stadium in The UK this past weekend. You can check out footage of Barrett in The UK in the video below:

Nick was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, and lived there until the age of 18, when he decided to pack his flack jacket and move to New York City.

Nick attended New York University and graduated in 2001 with a degree in Drama.

Nick first entered the internet wrestling community back in 2004 when he became the co-host of The Voice of Wrestling Radio Show. From there, Nick made the transition from radio personality to editor when he began working with WrestleZone in 2008.

Nick is a member of two Off-Broadway theatre companies, Another Urban Riff, and the Drama Desk Award winning Godlight Theatre Company. Nick has appeared in over a dozen Off-Broadway plays since he moved to New York City, and has shot several short and feature length films. In 2010, he completed principle photography on a film titled "How to Score Your Life," which also features TNA Knockout ODB.

Inspiration in his life has come from many people including his family, Woody Allen, Steven Spielberg, Jack Nicholson, The Beatles, and of course, Lassie.
