We start the show off with footage from yesterday featuring Bobby Roode, and we see him enter a bar and attack James Storm from behind. Roode hits him on the floor a few times and breaks a pool cue over his head, then he throws some money down and says he'll pay for this. Roode walks out and says he'll see Storm at Turning Point, then we see a Turning Point promo before we cut to Samoa Joe warming up. Dixie Carter appraoches him and says he needs to get better if he wants to win the championship, but she says he'd better not step out of line again. She says Joe is a longshot to win the title, and if he does, which is a big if, he'd better stop thinking about a unification match with AJ Styles. Dixie says it will never happen and heads for the ring, then she addresses AJ Styles and says he's done wrestling for other companies. She says AJ is not a champion but she's putting a stop to him making money off of her company, then James Storm cuts her off and says she saw what happened to him.
Storm says Roode wants to jump him from behind to cost him his title shot, then Storm holds up a bullrope and says this isn't enough. Storm says he wants to use chairs, tables, and any weapon he wants, because they are back in Orlando and he wants a Florida Death Match. Dixie says she doesn't care about his bar room fights and she won't change the match, but Storm says he was asked to press charges. He says he's a man and wants to settle things in the ring, but if Dixie stands in his way he will call the cops and stop the show. Dixie says he needs to stop because he's trying to back her into a corner, then she tells him to watch his tone and he agrees. Storm asks nicely and asks Dixie to give him, and the people in attendance, the match they want, and he would be happy enough to make the cops go away. Dixie says he asked nicely so she agrees, and as long as there are no legal problems the death match is on for tonight.

Magnus vs Samoa Joe
Joe appears on the big screen and yells at Magnus to fight him backstage, then Magnus leaves the ring and looks for Joe as we cut to a commercial break. We get back to see Joe chop Magnus and lead him to the stage, then Magnus punches him and rakes his back next to the ring. Joe jabs him a few times but Magnus knees him and rolls him inside, then he kicks Joe in the face and heads up top. Joe hits a midair atomic drop and a backsplash, then Magnus throws a few uppercuts but Joe connects with a spinning powerslam for a near fall. (Cont'd…)
