It was announced tonight in Ontario, CA prior to the WWE Main Event and Smackdown taping that the 2014 Hall of Fame ceremony will air live and in its entirety on the WWE Network. As always, the ceremony is scheduled for the night before WrestleMania XXX, which falls on April 5th this year.
This is the first time the Hall of Fame ceremony will be available as a whole without purchasing the WrestleMania DVD or Blu-ray. In the past, WWE has aired highlights of the ceremony on television, cut down to just the big names and interrupted by frequent commercials.
Three names have been announced for the 2014 WWE Hall of Fame: The Ultimate Warrior, Jake "The Snake" Roberts and Lita. More names will be announced in the coming weeks, live on Monday Night Raw.
