Ken Anderson is backstage showing Christey Hemme pictures of his newborn twins. Sam Shaw is creeping behind a wall, ready to murder somebody.
Ethan Carter III is preparing for a match, and says that he won't take anything away from the career of Kurt Angle, but claims he more or less ended his career.
Bobby Roode makes his way out to the ring and talks about having a dream as a kid of wanting to be a pro wrestler. He says he's done things he's not proud of, and he's ruined friendships because of his attitude. He announces that tonight will be his last night as a professional wrestler. He says he wants to do something he's never ever done before, which is thank all the fans. Dixie Carter comes out and says Bobby doesn't get to decide when he leaves. She says she didn't want AJ Styles, Jeff Hardy or Sting in her company, but she needs Bobby Roode. She basically begs him to stay, and offers to make him captain of her team at Lethal Lockdown, and 10% of TNA Wrestling if they win. Roode says they have a deal, but if Dixie screws him over he'll dedicate the rest of his life to destroying hers.
They introduce some German wrestler backstage, but Sam Shaw attacks Ken Anderson so he gets cut off in about three seconds. Shaw picks up a knocked out Christey and walks away.
Bad Influence finds Bobby Roode backstage and wants to get EGO back together for Lethal Lockdown. Roode says he needs the best for his team, because Lockdown changes everything for him, so they need to go out and prove it.
