Dolph Ziggler Talks Not Losing Sight of His Goals, His Use of Social Media, Wanting to Work with NXT Champ Adrian Neville & More

WWE star Dolph Ziggler recently did an interview with Canoe.ca, and below are some highlights:

Not losing sight of his goals:

"For me, it’s not just focusing on moving up in the title picture. It’s about every aspect of the WWE. Whether it’s the App or taking on the superstars, whether it’s five minutes or 20 minutes, finding a way to stand out, steal the show and use that to get back in contention for the title."

Social media:

"It gives you another way to connect with the fans. For five years, fans didn’t know much about me other than I go out, steal the show and put on great matches every night. Now they’re able to find out what I actually care about, what my goals are in this business, etc."

NXT Champion Adrian Neville:

"I was shown a package of things he’s done and I was wondering if I could keep up in the ring with him. Once he gets here he’ll not only already be established, but Superstars like myself will already have ideas in our head about things we can do with him. And that will make it that much better."

Nick was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, and lived there until the age of 18, when he decided to pack his flack jacket and move to New York City.

Nick attended New York University and graduated in 2001 with a degree in Drama.

Nick first entered the internet wrestling community back in 2004 when he became the co-host of The Voice of Wrestling Radio Show. From there, Nick made the transition from radio personality to editor when he began working with WrestleZone in 2008.

Nick is a member of two Off-Broadway theatre companies, Another Urban Riff, and the Drama Desk Award winning Godlight Theatre Company. Nick has appeared in over a dozen Off-Broadway plays since he moved to New York City, and has shot several short and feature length films. In 2010, he completed principle photography on a film titled "How to Score Your Life," which also features TNA Knockout ODB.

Inspiration in his life has come from many people including his family, Woody Allen, Steven Spielberg, Jack Nicholson, The Beatles, and of course, Lassie.
