Ring of Honor "All Star Extravaganza"

September 6, 2014

The House of Truth is out to start the show. There is apparently some rumor of ACH not being in the building due to travel issues, so Truth Martini tells Jay Lethal to take the night off. He calls ACH a crack head, and out comes Cedric Alexander. He brings up that he beat Lethal recently on TV, and demands a title shot right here tonight. The champ says Cedric hasn't done a damn thing to deserve a shot, and can't come from the bottom of the barrel and be handed anything. The match is booked anyways, after Alexander says Seleziya Sparx has bigger balls than the TV Champion. Lethal triers to superkick him, but he moves out of the way and Sparx takes one to the chin.

Mark Briscoe vs. Hanson

Briscoe tries to rough up the big man to start things out, but Hanson overpowers him, throws him to the outside, and follows up with a huge suicide dive. Hanson controls a few minutes of the action until Mark comes off the second rope with a shoulder corkscrew splash. He follows up with a Russian leg sweep, and fires off with big right hands, but Hanson comes back fired up with rights of his own. Briscoe tries to vertical suplex him, but ends up floating over eating an elbow to the jaw. Hanson responds with a huge cartwheel kick and a standing splash for a two-count. Again he controls a few minutes of the action until Briscoe fights back with some Redneck Kung Fu. They fight to the floor and Mark comes off the top turnbuckle with a diving crossbody. He goes back to the apron, yells out "Bang Bang!" to the crowd, and hits the Cactus Elbow. After a few minutes they brawl back into the ring, and now it's Hanson's time to go high risk. The fans get excited as the big man perches on the ropes, and he tries for a moonsault, but Briscoe rolls out of the way, hits the Froggybow, and picks up the win.

Winner: Mark Briscoe
