Paige knocks her down and taunts AJ, but AJ tags herself in and makes Rosa tap out to the Black Widow.

Paige argues with AJ about stealing ‘her’ win, then AJ takes the Divas title from her and kisses it. Paige grabs it back, but kisses it too, and blows a kiss to AJ and mocks her as she holds it in the air.

Winners – AJ Lee & Paige

Chris Jericho is in the trainer’s office getting his knee checked out when Randy Orton runs in and attacks him from behind. Orton hits his knee a few times, then he says sorry, but it’s the season premiere and walks away.

Paul Heyman comes out and John Cena meets him in the ring, and Cena tells him to get right to the point because he knows what he’s all about. Cena says he is about never giving up and hands Heyman a rally towel, then Heyman laughs at him and says he can’t help being ‘John Cena.’ Heyman says this is Cena’s biggest problem in that he lives to be ‘John Cena’, and Brock Lesnar lives to make people suffer and he has a gift for him. Heyman says he will tell him how to beat Brock, and he needs to give in to temptation, and he should embrace that hate of the fans that say he sucks. Heyman says he will show him how to do it and mocks Cena’s normal response, then he insults the crowd with a rap and he tells Cena to listen good. Heyman says Cena needs to drop his gimmick and give in, and only then will he beat Brock, because he can either be the guy to beat Brock, or he can be one of his victims.

Heyman says Brock won’t mind this, but he believes in Cena, and Brock says Cena just doesn’t have it in him. Cena gets mad and looks at the crowd, then he thinks about what Heyman said as the crowd chants ‘Let’s Go Cena/Cena Sucks’. Cena finally tells Heyman to shut up, and he says Heyman wants him to turn his back on everyone but he won’t do it. He says Heyman can do that easily, and he knows Heyman would even stab Brock in the back if he had a chance, but Cena lives by a different code. Cena says he was born to be ‘John Cena’ and loves who he is, because eventhough a dad might tell him he sucks, that same guy will thank him for inspiring his kid. He says he loves his career because he gets to meet his heroes, and all he knows is being himself, but Heyman wants him to strip it all away. Cena says he doesn’t win if he gives in, and he’s done talking so now it’s time to fight. Cena says he’s giving him seven days to bring Brock with him, and they will fight, unless Brock won’t show up, then he’ll fight Heyman himself.

BP: Awesome segment. Both of them spoke with a lot of emotion, and Cena is best when he cuts promos like this. Looking forward to next week, whether Brock shows or not. They have done well carrying this without the champion featured every week.
