We previously reported that WWE Hall of Famer Bobby “The Brain” Heenan had pulled out of a convention appearance, which was later said to be due to a surgery to repair a broken hip.

An updated report states Heenan actually broke his femur, not his hip, in a fall in his home, and has been doing rehab since being released from the hospital.

Night Of Champions Attendance

The 2014 Night of Champions pay-per-view, which took place at Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena, drew 11,000 fans.

This figure is a few thousand short of a sellout; depending on the floor setup, the arena could hold around 19,000 for a ‘basketball’ setup, and as low as 10,000 for a ‘half house’ setup.
