After the match Regal’s music hits and he makes his way onto the ramp. Regal tells Breeze since he has been begging for competition, he will face the legendary Jushin Thunder Liger at Takeover!
Finn Bálor is backstage with Byron Saxton. Bálor says that even though Owens was once his friend, he can’t respect Owens ‘ actions since arriving in NXT. Bálor goes on to say that Sami Zayn told him to never underestimate Owens. Bálor accepts Owens ladder match challenge.
Dash and Dawson vs The Hype Bros
The match starts with some uncharacteristic chain wrestling by Mojo Rawley. Rawley tags in Zack Ryder who has Wilder in the corner for the 10-count punches, but Dawson sweeps his leg, which sent Ryder crashing to the mat. Dawson and Wilder take turns beating on Ryder before Ryder finally manages to tag in Mojo. The Hype Bros hit an elevated Rough Ryder for the win.

After the match Wilder and Dawson take out Rawley and hit their finisher on Ryder.
