It’s been widely speculated as to who will team with Dean Ambrose and Roman Reigns this Sunday at WWE Night of Champions against the Wyatt Family. As reported earlier, Randy Orton was backstage last night at RAW, but likely won’t be the third man, and WWE might be going with a surprise entrant.
PWInsider said even though it’s been speculated that Erick Rowan could be one of those names, he’s not ready to make a return yet. Rowan has teased a return recently that fans thought could lead to him being added Sunday, but he is reported to be going to the WWE Performance Center to resume training.
Two other names that came up as rumored participants were Chris Jericho and Kane. Jericho is likely a longshot since he’s been absent from WWE TV for sometime, but Kane has more potential since he is scheduled to be backstage during the pay-per-view.
