Ring Of Honor Allstar Extravaganza VII Results – New Champion Crowned, Does Lethal Still Have Both Titles? New Number One Contender, Former ROH Star Returns

Seventh Match: Adam Cole vs. Michael Elgin vs. AJ Styles vs. Roderick Strong in a Fatal Four Way Match to determine the Number One Contender for the ROH World Championship 

Strong comes in and takes Styles out with an Olympic Slam. Elgin continues keep lifting Cole in a suplex while the two others try to break up the move. Elgin is sent outside the ring. Cole connects with an enziguri and a knee to Strong, but it just gets a two count. Cole hits Styles with a big knee for a two count before Elgin tosses him around. Roderick Strong then comes in to match Cole’s knee with one of the biggest dropkicks ever. Elgin then Samoan Drops Strong while fallaway slamming Cole. Styles and Elgin with a flipping reverse DDT. Styles with a double foot stomp. All four men end up down after Styles and Cole take each other out with big clotheslines.

All four men get up at the same time, and have a circle of strikes. Elgin gets a Falcon Arrow on Cole, and a spinning back fist to Strong. Double knee gutbuster on Elgin, Sick Kick on Styles, Strong Breaker on Cole from Strong. Elgin hits a Buckle Bomb on Styles then takes everyone out. Styles fights back with a Frankensteiner on Elgin, and Cole connects with a Destroyer before Styles breaks it up. Cole and Styles are face to face, and Styles lands strikes, Bloody Sunday and Styles Clash on Cole to pickup the victory. 

Winner: AJ Styles 

Eight Match: Jay Lethal (c) w/Truth Martini vs. Kyle O’Reilly for the ROH World Championship

Lethal slaps O’Reilly. Lethal & O’Reilly exchange body scissors until O’Reilly applies a double wristlock on Lethal. Lethal breaks out and applies a modified surfboard on O’Reilly. O’Reilly counters, but ends up eating a seated dropkick from Lethal. Lethal connecting with an enziguri and a belly-to-back suplex. O’Reilly destroys Lethal with a series of kicks and two double underhook suplexes into a double underhook facecrusher for a two count. O’Reilly counters a Lethal Injection with a tilt-a-whirl guillotine, but ends up getting a Lethal Combination. Koji Clutch is applied from Lethal and is turned into an ankle lock from O’Reilly. O’Reilly blasts Lethal with a knee as he attempts Lethal Injection again, but Lethal tosses O’Reilly on top of his head.

O’Reilly catches Lethal in an armbar out of a Lethal Injection attempt, and Lethal goes for the pin on O’Reilly the same way he did Fish. O’Reilly scores a brainbuster for two, and stomps Lethals’ face into the mat before booting Martini off the apron. O’Reilly locks on a triangle submission, but Martini pulls the ref out. Nigel McGuinness kicks Truth Martini out of ringside. O’Reilly accidentally kicks the ref, and Lethal connects on the Lethal Injection. Lethal picks up the title belt, but Fish makes the save. Dijak comes out and attacks Fish, and Cole shows up and takes out Dijak. Cole superkicks O’Reilly, turning on him. Lethal with the Lethal Injection to pickup the victory. After the match The Kingdom comes down to the ring and they all attack O’Reilly.

Winner: Still ROH World Champion Jay Lethal
