Becky Lynch says she told you so!
Lynch, the current WWE Intercontinental Champion, has spent much of the past year mocking her challengers by giving them insulting nicknames. “Looney Lyra” Valkyria was one of them, and this week’s episode of WWE RAW featured Lyra turning on Bayley.
Lynch reacted to this week’s events, seemingly taking solace in the fact that she was right.
“LOONEY LOSER LYRA HAS SNAPPED!! All because she LOST! What did she expect?! I TRIED to warn her that BASIC Bayley would hold her back,” Lynch wrote on Twitter/X. “But she DIDN’T listen!!! ! I WAS RIGHT ABOUT EVERYTHING!!!!! #beckywasrightabouteverything.”
Lynch went back through her timeline, pointing out several other instances where she was right about Lyra Valkyria:
Referees and agents ran in to stop Lyra’s attack, and Jackie Redmond approached her backstage in an attempt to explain her actions. Instead of speaking, Lyra just snapped at her before leaving the backstage area.
Lynch also took “credit” for another segment on the show, as she chastised Maxxine Dupri for yelling at Chad Gable during RAW.
Bayley and Lyra Valkyria had been teaming for just over a year, but it looks like that alliance appears to have come to an end, and Becky Lynch was right… again.
