It was previously noted that reports of Daniel Bryan going to Pittsburgh for medical testing this week were false, and Bryan was only making a promotional appearance.
Following up on the original report, the Wrestling Observer Newsletter noted Bryan still needs to be cleared by WWE and their doctor, Joseph Maroon, who Bryan was rumored to be seeing. According to the Observer, all reports seem to indicate WWE is still very hesitant to clear him, but Bryan is ready to return immediately if he was called upon and cleared.
As far as Bryan’s appearance, which is at World of Wheels in Pittsburgh, he will be appearing and signing autographs; he was booked for the appearance as a replacement after Seth Rollins went down to an injury.

The knee he claimed was not injured was the one that was wrapped, but on RAW it was not covered. Rusev worked a seemingly toned down match different from his usual style, but he did connect with most of his signature spots and moves.
