Will AJ Styles Be In The Royal Rumble, Should He Be & Other Surprises Possible For The Match

aj-stylesThis first segment of Chair Shot Reality this weekend is all about AJ Styles and other possible surprises in the Royal Rumble match. Here’s some highlights:

Josh Isenberg:

AJ Styles should be one of the 30 men in the Royal Rumble match. We’re not sure what other surprises there is going to be. Just because WWE has been teasing him, doesn’t necessary mean lights go out, video plays for him and spotlight on The Phenomenal One. You need something for Internet fans who aren’t watching the Royal Rumble to tune in Monday night. This is great way to do that. The hype surrounding AJ Styles is spectacular. When you have John Cena tweeting at AJ Styles, you know he’s there to make an impact. Rumble is all about surprises especially because people are talking about this could be most predictable with only two possible winners.

Justin LaBar:

If AJ Styles is going to have any involvement in Rumble, it needs to be nothing more than video hype package to get people who aren’t familiar with him, familiar. There’s a difference between having heard of someone and knowing someone. WWE has more casual fans than they do hardcore viewers. AJ Styles should not be in the Rumble. WWE needs to learn from mistakes of past two years and same applies to Daniel Bryan. If you put AJ Styles in the Rumble in Orlando where he could be Mayor because he performed in front of that crowd, that can overshadow everything else. Wait and let him physically appear on Monday Night RAW.

The conversation continues with debate and other possible surprises in Royal Rumble. This segment is sponsored by WrestleRumble.com—win up to $500 for correctly predicting the entrants and outcomes at Royal Rumble.
