New Japan Star Emulates Shinsuke Nakamura (Video), Tonight’s Best of the Super Juniors Tournament Matches

Rocky Romero Channels “Swagsuke” in BOSJ

Rocky Romero, one half of New Japan Pro Wrestling tag team Roppongi Vice, paid a small tribute to Shinsuke Nakamura during last night’s Best of the Super Juniors night one. Romero, who won his first Block A match over young lion David Finley, performed Nakamura’s signature running knee lift with theatrics.

Best of the Super Juniors Night 2

Night one of the Best of the Super Juniors saw Block A points awarded to winners Rocky Romero, Gedo, Kyle O’Reilly and Ryusuke Taguchi. The tournament continues on tonight at 2:00 a.m. (EST) with the following Block B matches: 

-Will Ospreay vs. Chase Owens

-Volador Jr vs. Beretta

-Jushin Thunder Liger vs. Bobby Fish

-Tiger Mask vs. Ricochet
