Backstage News on Why Damien Sandow Was Allowed to Work Indy Match

As noted, Damien Sandow competed in an 8 man tag team match at the MCW event over the weekend in Joffa, MD. According to Dave Meltzer of F4WOnline.com, Sandow does have a no-compete clause in his WWE contract, and although it doesn’t expire until August 7th Sandow is allowed to work indy shows as long as they’re not televised or on PPV or iPPV.

WWE Money in the Bank Kickoff Match Announced

As we noted just moments ago, WWE has announced Dana Brooke and Charlotte vs Becky Lynch and Natalya will take place at WWE Money in the Bank.

WWE has since announced that for the third straight PPV in a row, Dolph Ziggler vs Baron Corbin will take place on the Money in the Bank Kickoff show.
