First WWE Draft Update:
Stephanie McMahon says that nobody does pandering better than Mick Foley. Let’s get down to business. Since Raw is the three hour flagship, Raw get’s the first pick in tonight’s draft. With the first pick in the WWE Draft, Stephanie McMahon selects Seth Rollins to Raw.
Shane McMahon calls Rollins Crossfit Jesus. Shane & Daniel’s first pick for SD is, Dean Ambrose. Mick Foley announces that the next pick for Raw will be the WWE Women’s Champion Charlotte. The next pick for SD will be AJ Styles. Mick Foley announces that the next pick for RAW will come from NXT. Mick Foley announces that Finn Balor will be going to Raw.
First Match: John Cena w/Enzo & Big Cass vs. Luke Gallows w/The Club
Cena ducks a clothesline from Gallows. Gallows drops Cena with a shoulder tackle. Gallows with a uppercut to Cena. Gallows lands a big haymaker to Cena. Cena fires up with a series of right hands. Gallows quickly regains momentum with a boot to the face of Cena. Gallows whips Cena back first to the corner. Cena goes for the Attitude Adjustment, but Gallows falls on top of him. Gallows lands a elbow drop. Gallows talks smack to Enzo & Big Cass. Gallows goes for another elbow drop, but Cena rolls out of the way.
Gallows catches Cena in a mid-air and plants him with a side slam for a two count. Gallows drives his elbow repeatedly to the pectoral region of Cena. Gallows applies pressure to Cena’s neck. Cena fires up with a flying shoulder tackle. Cena with a spinning side slam to Gallows. Cena connects with the Five Knuckle Shuffle. Cena goes for the Attitude Adjustment, but Gallows gets back on his feet. Gallows with a big boot to the face of Cena. Enzo, Big Cass and The Club enter the ring. Enzo & Cass connect with a double team back bodydrop that sends The Club crashing to the outside. Cena connects with the Attitude Adjustment to pickup the victory.
