WWE Talking Smack Recap (10/25): Kane Talks Orton Possibly Joining Wyatts, Rhyno & Slater Appear, Ellsworth Fears Ambrose Retaliation

Renee Young and Daniel Bryan opens the show surprised by the ending of the AJ Styles and Dean Ambrose match. They remind the audience that Nikki Bella will be team captain on the women’s Survivor Series team and the Hype Bros will be on the tag team Survivor Series team.

First Guest: Kane

Renee Young welcomes him to the show and thanks him for coming even though she knows it was not a good show for him. Kane tells here he ate an RKO so it definitely was not a good night. He was surprised by the RKO but admits that it is his fault for trusting a snake. Kane believes that SmackDown has become a much darker place if Randy Orton has joined the Wyatt family. Daniel Bryan asks Kane his thoughts on the situation. Kane admits that he got bit by a snake but when you get bit by a snake you get angry. He reminds Daniel Bryan that he is not someone to make angry.

Kane was the typical demonic, angry Kane that we have seen lately. He stood the entire interview. The interview was short and let the WWE Universe know that he was not done with Randy Orton and the Wyatt Family.

After Kane left, Daniel Bryan explains that a dangerous Kane is dangerous for most people and recalls the time that Kane tombstoned him on the steps. He says that Randy Orton with the Wyatt Family is also dangerous. Bryan expected Orton to him down and help in a two on one situation but like everyone else he was surprised when he turned on Kane.

Renee Young then changed the conversation to Raw’s Hell in a Cell. She told Daniel Bryan about the three Hell in a Cell matches taking place. He playfully said that Raw should make it five hours long with six Hell in a Cell matches. He continues poking fun and says that the winner should be the champion of the galaxy which they can only get when Triple H comes out and beats up everyone and lays you on top.

The Hype Bros victory over the Ascension the next discussion. Daniel Bryan is happy that they won and are on the Survivor Series team. Bryan tells Renee Young that his favorite part of Talking Smack is having people on who do not always get attention on SmackDown. He would love for the Ascension to be on the show but Young says she would be a little scared if they were a part of the show.

Second Guest: Rhyno and Heath Slater

Renee Young welcomed them and congratulated them on their successful title defense. They said it felt good to win. Young asks Bryan if the Spirit Squad are staying on SmackDown. He does not know and says that it is up to Shane McMahon. Rhyno and Slater were informed that as long as they were tag team champions then they would automatically be on The Survivor Series tag team. Slater says he is determined to keep the title because he’s got kids. He believes that the Beauty and the Man Beast are the hottest team in the division. Then there was an awkward conversation about Fandango and Tyler Breeze being the physically hottest team. Health Slater then shows a stock in Puerto Rico that he bought from the Shinning Stars. They break the news to him that the stocks are fake. Rhyno tells them that the campaigning is going good for him and that he is trying to get Heath to campaign with him. They both believe that they can lead their team to a win at Survivor Series.

Rhyno and Heath Slater had trouble staying on topic. Renee Young kept trying to guide them back. They had fun with the interview and tried to keep the show interesting.

The next topic is the women’s match, Nikki Bella vs. Natalya. The first thing they mentioned was the way Nikki Bella won, with a John Cena STF lock. Daniel Bryan believes it is an improvement but says she did not directly steal from Cena. They question if Carmella and Nikki can work together.

Third Guest: James Ellsworth

James Ellsworth comes in sad. He acknowledges that Ambrose helped him become a household name and that he was selfish and embarrassed. He apologies to Daniel Bryan. Bryan tells Ellsworth a story about a match that he and Ambrose had. He says that Ambrose beat him so bad and they did not have a problem with each other. He asks if he is worried about retaliation. Ellsworth says he deserves it because he cost him a championship match.

Ellsworth played the underdog role well. He came across and sorry for his actions. He seem scared of how Dean Ambrose would react on next week’s SmackDown.
