Andrade “Cien” Almas vs Cesar Bononi
As soon as the bell ring Almas lands a vicious dropkick. Almas stomps Bononi in the corner. Running double knees by Almas. Almas chops and knees Bononi in the corner. Bononi fights out of the corner. Bononi lands a few knees. Bononi picks up Almas for a slam but Almas reverses it into a neck breaker. Basement dropkick by Almas. Running corner clothesline by Almas. Almas does his patented running in the corner, stop, slap combo. Almas picks up Bononi for a suplex but Bononi reverses it into a small package for the win!
Winner- Cesar Bononi
After the match, Almas goes nuts. Almas eventually just brushes it off and leaves the ring.
Video footage is shown of Billie Kay and Peyton Royce earlier today at the Performance Center. They are looking for someone iconic. Ember Moon walks by and Royce and Kay tell her she has ruined the video because she is not iconic. Moon just stares at them both. A member of the medical staff walks in and hands Moon her medical release forms to sign. Moon signs them and tells Royce and Kay that she will see them soon.
In two weeks Asuka will defend the NXT Women’s title against Ruby Riot and Nikki Cross in a triple threat match.
During a WWE.Com Exclusive, Hideo Itami is shown walking to the locker room after his loss to Bobby Roode at Takeover. Itami goes nuts and turns over chairs and various other items. Kassius Ohno tries to calm Itami down. Itami bats Ohno’s hands away while screaming expletives at him.
Earlier today Ohno and Itami seemingly make up in the parking lot.
