Strap Match
James Storm vs. Ethan Carter III
Both guys make their entrances and are joined in the middle of the ring by the old school leather strap. Storm takes control first just assaulting his opponent with shot after shot from the strap. EC3 catches him coming back into the ring with a knee to the gut and slows things down. They brawl back and forth until Carter hits an early TKO, but doesn’t go for the win and instead rolls to the floor looking for something under the ring… He comes up with a pair of handcuffs with a wicked look in his eyes, but Storm had it scouted and cuffed him to the top rope. Storm goes crazy and lights him up with 30 consecutive shots from the strap. The crowd chants “one more time” and the Cowboy obliges. He lines up for the Last Call Superkick, but instead rubs salt in the wound by hitting EC3 with his own finisher, the One Percenter. Carter kicks out at two-and-a-half and rolls to the floor, pulling on the strap and sending his opponent hard into the turnbuckle. He brings him back into the ring and nails the One Percenter, but somehow Storm manages to kick out. Carter is pissed off now and just starts toying with him, then runs into the Last Call. Storm lines up for another, but the shot into the turnbuckle did too much damage and the Cowboy collapses in the middle of the ring. The referee tells EC3 to pin him or he’ll throw out the match, and Carter picks him up and delivers…the Angel’s Wings? 1…2…3.
