Braun Strowman vs John Cena
Cena charges in and locks up with Strowman. Strowman easily tosses Cena clear out of the ring. Cena gets back in the ring. Cena looks shook. Cena tries to use his speed… that’s a sentence I never thought I would write… to get behind Strowman. Cena locks in a headlock but Strowman shrugs him off. Clothesline by Strowman. Strowman whips Cena into the ropes and shoulder blocks him. Strowman stomps Cena in the corner. Dropkick by Cena. Strowman responds with a dropkick of his own. Cena crawls into the corner. Strowman splashes Cena in the corner. Cena fires up and tries the AA but Strowman stuff him. Strowman methodically picks Cena apart with strikes. Strowman tries another corner splash but Cena gets a boot up. Cena launches himself at Strowman but Strowman catches him in midair and flings Cena clear across the ring with a fall away slam.
After the break, Strowman tumbles over the ropes to the outside after a low bridge by Cena. Strowman tries to throw Cena back into the ring but Cena sends Strowman into the ring apron. Back in the ring, Cena tries another AA but Cena collapses under Strowman’s weight. Strowman misses a shoulder block in the corner. Back suplex by Cena. Cena calls for the FKS. Strowman pops up and spine busters Cena. Cena picks up Strowman and hits the AA. Strowman rolls out of the ring. Cena follows. Cena charges Strowman but Strowman hits Cena in the head with the ring steps. For some reason, the referee doesn’t ring the bell. Strowman brings the steel steps into the ring. Strowman running powerslams Cena on the ring steps. The referee finally calls for the bell. Strowman has been Disqualified.
Winner- John Cena
After the match, Strowman does the “you can’t see me” taunt to Cena’s fallen corpse.
Backstage, Charlie asks Reigns what he thought of the match. Reigns says Strowman didn’t show Cena any mercy and neither will he.
