In Ring Segment: Aleister Black

Black says he went on a 15-year journey to get to NXT. In that time he marked his body with every experience he has had. Black says his journey has just begun. He now knows what he has to do. The Velveteen Dream’s music hits. Dream says everything that fades to black will eventually come to the light. Dreams says Black may have spent 15 years walking through the darkness but he is now being blinded by the light that is the Velveteen Dream. Dream says as he looks at Black he just doesn’t see it. Dream asks Black where his scares are.

Dream doesn’t see scars. He sees a man who is hurt and in pain. Black’s biggest problem isn’t feelings, it’s fear. Black seems afraid to show emotion. Most importantly, Black is afraid of the light. Black has a heart, it’s just in the wrong place. Dream points at Black. Black spin kicks the mic out of Dream’s hand. Black drops down into a seated position in the ring. Dream steps up to Black and drops to his knees. Dream slivers out of the ring with his eyes locked onto Black. Dream blows Black a kiss. Dream back peddles up the ramp. Dream drops to his knees again and stares at Black.
