New Japan Pro Wrestling presents the culmination of their New Beginning Tour. NJPW New Beginning In Osaka kicks off at 3am EST on The main event will see Kazuchika Okada defend his IWGP Heavyweight Championship against SANADA.

FIRST MATCH: Katsuya Kitamura Best of Seven Series: Katsuya Kitamura (0-5) vs. Yuji Nagata.

They lock up to start. Yuji Nagata gets the better of a chain wrestling sequence, but Kitamura stays standing. Nagata gets a clean break and works the head and shoulder of Kitamura. Nagata gets tossed off the ropes but neither man can drop the other with a shoulder tackle. After a series, Kitamura drops Nagata with a shoulder tackle and then hits body slam. Kitamura locks in a front facelock but Nagata powers out.

The two men exchange chops and Nagata hits a drop toe hold. Nagata stomps away at the immense Young Lion and then locks in an armbar. Kitamura gets a foot on the rope.

Nagata keeps Kitamura grounded with vicious stomps and kicks. Nagata gets Kitamura up and then sends him into the corner but Kitamura powers back with a hard chop. The two men exchange forearms. Nagata hacks away at Kitamura with kicks to the legs. Kitamura catches Nagata’s leg but eats a forearm. Nagata starts kicking the chest of Kitamura. Kitamura fights back with forearms but Nagata drops him with stiff strikes of his own. Nagata corners Kitamura. Nagata whips him across the ring and charges Kitamura, but Kitamura drops him with a shoulder block.

After a series of chops, Kitamura hits corner elbows, but Nagata tries for the Side Suplex. Kitamura reverses with a side slam of his own. Kitamura hits a fall forward for two.

Kitamura locks Nagata in the torture rack. Nagata transitions into a rear naked choke, but Kitamura reverses with a snapmare. The two exchange stiff strikes. A slap battle ensues with Nagata almost teasing and taunting Kitamura. Nagata sends Kitamura to his knees with a forearm. Running Big Boots are less effective and Kitamura transitions into a powerbomb for two.

Kitamura teases the Spear and hits it for two. Kitamura goes for the Jackhammer but Nagata counters into an armbar. Nagata rolls back his eyes and transitions into the cross armbreaker but Kitamura gets to the ropes.

Nagata works the shoulder and then hits a step-up knee in the corner followed by a throw. Nagata hits the Penalty Kick for two. Nagata goes for a Saito Suplex but Kitamura fights out. Kitamura proceeds to chop Nagata’s chest raw and then exchange pal strikes. Nagata floors Kitamura and hits the Saito Suplex for the pinfall.

WINNER: Yuji Nagata

SECOND MATCH: Roppongi 3K vs. Suzuki-gun (El Desperado & Yoshinobu Kanemaru)

Suzuki-gun allow the bell to ring without a surprise attack, so miracles are real. Once the bell rings they double team Sho, and his injured back. Yoh comes in to even the odds and they double team El Desperado. Sho pummels El Desperado with forearms and then sends him outside. Everyone brawls on the outside. Kanemaru suplexes Sho on the outside. on his injured back. Suzuki-gun whip Roppongi 3K into the ring barricades, back first. The count is broken at 19, where Desperado goes for a pin but only gets two.

Kanemaru tags in and hits a double backdrop on Sho for a two count. Kanemaru locks Sho in a Camel Clutch. Body slam from Kanemaru. Desperado tags in and clears the apron. The two continue to work over Sho’s injured back in the turnbuckle. Snap Suplex from Desperado gets two.

Desperado hits a splash to Sho’s back and grinds his heel into Sho’s face. Desperado locks in a reverse Gory Special on Sho but Sho powers out. Sho goes for a tag but Desperado stops him. Sho hits a suplex and tags in Yoh, who clears house. Yoh fights off a double backdrop and hits Kanemaru with a Dragon Screw Leg Whip. Yoh hits a running forearm on Desperado. Yoh goes for a corner splash but Yoh counters and hits springboard double stomp for two. Yoh ducks a clothesline and hits a gut kick. Yoh goes for 3K but gets reversed. Kanemaru tags in but eats a dropkick from Yoh. Sho tags in and hits a flurry of running strikes on Kanemaru.

Sho’s back gives out and Kanemaru takes control. Yoh and Sho hit stereo jumping knees to stomp him. Yoh hits a one legged dropkick, Sho hits a German Suplex for two. Sho and Yoh call for 3K but Sho’s back gives out. Desperado hits a spear. Kanemaru hits a forearm to the back and then a superplex for two.

Kanemaru locks in a Boston Crab. Yoh tires to break it but Desperado sends him out of the ring. Sho tries to fight to the ropes. Rocky gets on the apron, but while the referee is distracted Desperado hits Sho with a chair to the back. Kanemaru locks in another Boston Crab for the submission.

WINNERS: Suzuki-gun.

After the match, Desperado and Kanemaru use chairs to assault Sho’s back more. Romero covers Sho but gets stomped on by Suzuki-gun. Desperado holds the Jr. Tag Belts high taunting 3K. Sho had to be helped to the back.

THIRD MATCH: Ryusuke Taguchi, Michael Elgin, KUSHIDA & Togi Makabe vs. Suzuki-gun (TAKA Michinoku, Takashi Iizuka, Taichi & Minoru Suzuki)

Taguchi & Co. attack Suzuki-gun to start. Makabe and Suzuki start hot, trading forearms and chops. Makabe drops Suzuki and tags in Taguchi but Suzuki goes right after Makabe, leading to a brawl on the outside. In the ring, Taguchi fights off TAKA and Taichi. KUSHIDA hits a hiptoss/cartwheel dropkick. Taguchi hits Taichi with hip attacks and runs to the ropes, but gets sneakily hit with a chair from Iizuka. Iizuka and Elgin brawl in the crowd. On the outside, Taichi chokes Taguchi with a monitor cable. Utter mayhem ensues.

In the ring, Taichi works over Taguchi with the ring bell hammer. Taguchi ducks a Buzzsaw Kick and hits an Enziguri. He reaches for a tag but Suzuki clears the apron. Iizuka tags in and starts eating Taguchi’s head. Iizuka stomps away on Taguchi. Taguchi tries to fight him off but gets his toes chewed on by Iizuka. Iizuka rolls up Taguchi and eats his buttock. Taguchi fights out and tags in Elgin. Elgin gets some offense in on Iizuka but gets double teamed by TAKA and Taichi, Elgin reverses a Double Suplex and goes back to work on Iizuka. Elgin pummels Iizuka with clotheslines and then goes for Taichi but Iizuka chews on Elgin’s head. Iizuka accidentally kicks Taichi off the apron and Elgin starts chewing on Iizuka’s skull.

Makabe tags in. Suzuki tags in. The two exchange strikes. Makabe corners Suzuki and hits mounted punches, followed by a Northern Lights Suplex for two. Suzuki counters a German Suplex but Makabe keeps control with lariats and then a body slam. Suzuki gets to his feet and starts beating on Makabe more and then goes for a Penalty Kick. Makabe catches the leg and provokes Suzuki with a forearm. The two then exchange forearms. Suzuki sends Makabe to his knees but Makabe fights back and continues the exchange. Suzuki grounds Makabe with the forearms but Makabe continues to fight. Makabe flips off Suzuki but Suzuki locks in the Rear Naked Choke. TAKA tags in and all of Suzuki-gun take turns beating on Makabe. TAKA hits a Shining Wizard and covers Makabe but Elgin breaks the fall. The referee has been distracted by TAKA and Iizuka grabs the iron glove but Elgin fights him off. Makabe slams TAKA and then hits a King Kong Knee Drop for the pinfall.

WINNERS: Ryusuke Taguchi, Michael Elgin, KUSHIDA & Togi Makabe.

After the match, Makabe gets on the mic and taunts Suzuki. He then holds the Intercontinental Title high to taunt the champion. Suzuki taunts Makabe and then exits with the belt, beating on Tomoyuki Oka on his way out.
