FOURTH MATCH: Yoshi-Hashi vs. SANADA

They lock up to start. They break and Yoshi goes after SANADA but SANADA ducks and drops him with a shoulder block. Yoshi-Hashi hits a Hurricanrana, and then dives to the outside to take out a retreating SANADA. Yoshi chops SANADA but he gets whipped into the barricade, where SANADA locks in Skull End in the crowd.

SANADA returns to the ring. SANADA rolls Yoshi-Hashi back into the ring. SANADA continues to work over Yoshi-Hashi’s taped up shoulder. SANADA locks in a Sleeper. Yoshi-Hashi gets back to his feet and powers out. Yoshi-Hashi hits a DDT.

Yoshi drops SANADA with a shoulder block. Yoshi-Hashi hits a running neckbreaker. Yoshi-Hashi corners SANADA. Yoshi-Hashi hangs Sanada on the top rope and hits a dropkick for two.

SANADA hits a dropkick for two. Yoshi-Hashi rolls out of the ring, but SANADA dives to the outside. SANADA rolls Yoshi-Hashi into the ring. SANADA hits a springboard dropkick. Yoshi-Hashi locks in a Butterfly Lock.

Yoshi-Hashi stomps away on SANADA. SANADA flips out of a German Suplex and hits a Saito Suplex. SANADA hits a TKO for two.

SANADA goes for Skull End but Yoshi-Hashi reverses. Yoshi-Hashi tries Skull End but SANADA reverses. SANADA tries Skull End but Yoshi reverses. Yoshi hits a Neckbreaker. Yoshi goes for the Swanton Bomb but SANADA gets his knees up. Yoshi-Hashi dodges a Moonsault.

The two men exchange forearms. Yoshi-Hashi hits a Thrust Kick. SANADA hits a European Uppercut.

SANADA goes for Skull End but Yoshi-Hashi rolls him up for two. Western Lariat  from Yoshi-Hashi gets two. Yoshi-Hashi hits a Liger Bomb for two. Yoshi-Hashi locks in the Butterfly Lock. SANADA struggles to the ropes after nearly passing out.

Yoshi-Hashi goes for Karma but SANADA reverses into Skull End. Yoshi-Hashi tries to power out but passes out. SANADA releases the hold and hits a Moonsault for the pin.

WINNER: SANADA

FIFTH MATCH: Tetsuya Naito vs. Taichi

Taichi assaulted Naito with his microphone stand before the bell. Taichi drags Naito out to the entry ramp. Taichi powerbombs Naito on the entry ramp. Taichi gets back in the ring and picks his nose while mocking Naito’s traditional pose. Naito beats the 20-count at 19.

Taichi finally covers Naito for two. Taichi continues to taunt Naito. Taichi rips off Naito’s hoodie. Naito comes back with some chops to Taichi’es chest and a forearm, but Taichi overpowers Naito.

Naito fights off Taichi in the corner and hits a neckbreaker. Taichi hits a kick and flees the ring. Naito throws Taichi into the barricade, and then again, and again. Naito rolls Taichi into the ring and stomps away on the new heavyweight. Naito corners Tachi and stomps away. Naito hits a rope-assisted neckbreaker for two.

Naito hits an elbow and then charges Taichi, but Taichi drops the top rope, sending Naito to the outside. Taichi throws Naito into the barricade and then into the ring. Taichi hits a huge kick to the head for two. Taichi rips off his pants. Taichi goes for a Thrust Kick but eats an atomic drop and a DDT. Naito puts Taichi on the top rope and hits an Avalanche Hurricanrana for two.

Naito goes for Destino, but Taichi counters with a huge Backdrop Driver. Taichi hits two huge lariats for a two count. Taichi hits a Last Ride for two. Naito hits a reverse huricanrana.

Taichi hits a dropkick to Naito’s knee. Naito hits a German Suplex. Naito hits Gloria for two. Taichi dodges Destino, hits a low blow and rolls up Naito for two.

Naito hits a rolling wheel kick. After a wild referee bump, Naito low blows Taichi and breaks the microphone stand over Taichi’s head. Naito hits Destino for the pinfall.

WINNER: Tetsuya Naito.

After the match, TAKA warned Naito that Zack Sabre Jr. will beat Naito in the New Japan Cup.
