Carmella once again tried to cash-in her Money In The Bank contract on Smackdown, but she came up short as Charlotte prevented the match from ever starting.
Carmella came down during the closing moments of the Charlotte versus Natalya match and tried to cash-in, but Charlotte kicked the briefcase out of her hands before she could ever hand it to the referee. Charlotte ended up dispatching Carmella and picked up the win over Nattie, but her celebration was short-lived as Asuka came out to the ring.
Asuka says Wrestlemania will see the Queen bow down to the Empress, then she went to say it’s because no one is ready for her… but Charlotte took the mic and asked if Asuka was ready for her.
