WWE PPVs Reportedly Set To Start Earlier, More Details On New Runtimes

According to F4WOnline.com’s Bryan Alvarez, WWE has made the decision to move forward with plans for all pay-per-views to have an earlier start time.

Alvarez noted more details are to follow, but all WWE PPV events will now start at 7 PM ET / 4 PM PT. Additionally, it was noted that all shows will be a minimum of four hours long, and the ‘big four’ events (Royal Rumble, Wrestlemania, Summerslam, Survivor Series) will be a minimum of five hours in length.

PWInsider.com had reported the change would start with next month’s WWE Money In The Bank event, and that the kickoff shows would now start at 6 PM ET. A likely reason for the extended shows is due to the events now being co-branded.
