Johnny Gargano posted the following on Twitter, issuing his first comments on social media since being injured by Tommaso Ciampa on NXT. Gargano also appeared on last night’s show, and Ciampa ended up inadvertently shoving him into Candice LeRae:

I've been silent on social media for awhile.. that's because after 14 years of doing this, I was told by doctors to rethink my future.. so I listened and I did.

After what happened last night my future is clear..

I'm not going anywhere. You have no idea what you've created.
