The XFL has announced that it has found its new commissioner and CEO in Oliver Luck. Luck is a former athletic director at West Virginia University, former president of NFL Europe and father to Indianapolis Colts quarterback, Andrew Luck. Luck also spent time in the NFL as a quarterback for the Houston Oilers from 1982to 1986. Below is the XFL’s announcement as well as comments from Vince McMahon:
