Jeff Hardy Pleads Guilty To DWI For March Incident In North Carolina

Jeff Hardy has pleaded guilty to driving while impaired for an incident in Carrabus County in March.

According to WBTV, Hardy was issued a 120-day suspended sentence and fined $300 for court costs. Hardy will also need to complete an assessment and treatment class, and will also turn over his license. Hardy has 120 days to complete 48 total hours of court ordered community service.

Hardy was charged after being pulled over in Concord, North Carolina for registering a .25 blood alcohol content breath test. According to the arrest report, Hardy was seen leaving the roadway before “striking about 105 feet of guardrail before the back end of the car spun out 90 degrees … coming to rest in the middle of the right [north]bound lane of travel.”
