Ronda Rousey was not happy about getting screwed over at Money In The Bank, and she ended up crashing Alexa Bliss’ championship celebration in a big way.
Kurt Angle and Bliss were in the ring, and Bliss wanted to celebrate, but Angle immediately announced Bliss would face Nia Jax at Extreme Rules. After Bliss bragged for a few minutes, Ronda Rousey came out and had Bliss call her an overhyped rookie, and Ronda went right after her with the briefcase and put her through a table. Angle tried to break it up, but Rousey unloaded on him, hitting him with the briefcase in the corner before a group of referees ran in and broke it up.
Backstage, Angle and Rousey were arguing about the segment, with Ronda saying she doesn’t need to hear how this isn’t UFC. Angle said he didn’t even know what to do right now because she clearly doesn’t get it… then he decided to suspend her for 30 days. Angle left after saying Ronda might have just ruined her chances of ever being Women’s Champion.
