Kevin Owens has been tweeting Shania Twain for weeks, ahead of attending her concert. Owens got to meet Twain at the concert but he did not get his wish of having her perform “When”, the song he’d been requesting her to play on Twitter. Shania, however, promised to play the song next time if Owens managed to beat Braun Strowman.
