The Miz and Maryse recently spoke with TheWrap about leaving Hollywood to move to Austin, Texas:
“Our house in Los Angeles — people knew where we lived. We were a stop at — you know those [tourist] places ‘See Stars Homes’? They’d be driving past us taking pictures of our house everyday. It was a safety concern, more or less. There were attempted break-ins all the time.”
The couple said they chose Austin because the city is good for travel, is family oriented, safe, clean and fun. When asked about contiuing to be billed from Hollywood on WWE TV, Miz said his “mind is always in Hollywood”.
