Hurricane Helms was at London Film & Comic Con over the weekend and he got to capture a moment of Billy Gunn arm wrestling a fan who was willing to fork over money for the moment. Billy puts the fan to shame, but attempts to return the money after his “Stallone in Over The Top” moment:
