Title This: WWE Raw Reaction 11-5

RawThe Undercard:

WWE Raw started off with a six man tag team match. Rey Mysterio, Sin Cara, and R-Truth defeated Primetime Players and Antonio Cesaro. I really enjoyed this six man tag team match for a few reasons. You had great chemistry between O'Neil and Cesaro who would really single out Mysterio. Mysterio, no matter what, will always be a popular choice with the crowd. He is always going to be able to get younger talent over, and he sells moves very well. Cesaro and O'Neil really did a great job at showcasing their power and unique offensive skill set. The match was entertaining, and did something that needed to be done. Even though I am not a huge fan of Truth, finally Cesaro has some sort of feud. His pinfall loss will make Truth the immediate number one contender for the United States Championship. This is something Cesaro needs to continue his push, and a feud with someone like Truth can only benefit the heat he can get from the crowd. Grade: B+

With WWE's renewed focus on the Tag Team Division, Team Hell No were in single's matches against Cody Rhodes and Damien Sandow. Cody Rhodes defeated Daniel Bryan. The victory was not clean, and the match was too quick for my liking. Rhodes hit a few moves, but Bryan was able to kick him and get back on top. After a distraction from the outside, Rhodes hit Cross Rhodes for the win. This was too quick of a victory, and really did not do a thing for me for a long term enjoyment. Kane defeated Damien Sandow right after this match, and it was a little better, but nothing spectacular. I felt like both matches lacked dramatic feel, especially to a UK crowd that deserved much more. Kane wins with a chokeslam, but both matches get a below average grade. Grade: C-

Sheamus defeated The Miz in a match of the night candidate. This was a greatly contested bout between two guys who rely more on intelligence in the ring. The Miz, someone who continues to fight and lose to main event talent, put on a great showing with Sheamus. There were points in the match where you actually thought Miz would win, but we knew Sheamus needed it more. With his rematch in a few weeks, expect Sheamus to beat guys like Barrett, Del Rio, and other main event talent with lackluster stories. Grade: B+

Divas action had Layla and Kaitlyn defeat Eve and Aksana. What else can you say about this division besides a lack of creativity and a lack of intelligence in whom they push. Kaitlyn gets the pin, but she still is not completely ready. She is the best option, and Layla needs to take a back seat. There has not been one time where I really buy Layla as a fan favorite. Grade: C-
