Paul Heyman continued his step into the mixed martial arts world with the release of his third video, "Live The Moment" starring Fabricio Werdum, who submitted Fedor Emelianenko on a Showtime cablecast of a Strikeforce event earlier this year.
The video, which was called "a masterpiece" by noted MMA journal 5th Round, features Werdum in the empty HP Pavilion in San Jose, California. Werdum is watching his shocking victory over Emelianenko on the big screen, but the action has been recreated within the EA Sports MMA video game. Really cool visual.
Werdum speaks at the end, saying "My name is Fabricio Werdum. I beat Fedor. Can you? Get in the cage!"
Heyman, who launched the Looking 4 Larry advertising agency after making the decision not to do any work with TNA Wrestling, partnered with Emmy winning New York commercial director Mitchell K. Stuart on the videos, which also include the legendary Frank Shamrock and a Heyman Hustle episode with Nick Diaz.
About Werdum, Heyman himself commented "Fabricio Werdum provided MMA fans with one of the most memorable moments in the history of the sport. His shocking submission of Fedor Emelianenko is the defining moment in his career, one which he will relive over and over again. No one had ever decisively defeated Fedor in mixed martial arts before, let alone force The Last Emperor to tap out. It was no easy task for Werdum, and no easy task for the gamer looking to Live The Moment, too!"
