Update on Hogan Running TNA, Sting’s Future With The Company

We exclusively reported several days ago that Hulk Hogan will have quite a bit of creative control in TNA and that although there are no plans to remove anyone from the current creative team, Hogan will have a major say concerning the direction of his character and the company in general. PWInsider.com is confirming our report by adding that during a book signing at The Mall of America in Minnesota yesterday, Hogan claimed that he decided to get back into pro wrestling because he wanted to "run TNA."

We also exclusively reported that Sting is not planning on retiring from wrestling at the moment, and while that report still seems to be true, The Wrestling Observer is reporting that he will not be used on TNA TV for awhile so that the company can figure out how to bring him back to TV, and so that Sting can figure out how much longer he wants to continue working with TNA. It does appear though, from what we’ve heard, that Sting will come back to work with TNA in the future in an on-air capacity prior to his retirement.
